What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email address and phone number, and any requests you write. When you check in, the front desk records your IC or passport number.
Why we use it
To take and manage your booking, and to contact you about your stay on WhatsApp or by email.
Marketing
We only send offers if you tick the box to receive them when you book. If you leave it unticked, you get no marketing messages.
Payments
Online payments are made on the payment provider's own page. The resort does not see or keep your card or online banking login.
